Professor Jian Huang will retire from the University of Iowa at the end of the Spring 2022 semester.  He has been with us since he got his PhD from the University of Washington, and has been a big part of our department.  Professor Huang’s research has inspired numerous students and colleagues, and we thank him for his great service!
